6 Week Back Squat Emphasis Prep Cycle – Week 3 Day 1 Again
Didn’t have the energy to finish this workout yesterday, so finished it up today. It’s amazing what a little sleep will do. Felt so much better today.
- Power Clean + Power Jerk – 75% x 2(1+1) x 3, 80% x 2(1+1) x 2 [worked up to 118, then 118# for 3 sets, and 128# for final 2 sets]
- Push Press – 75% x 5, 80% x 5 x 2 [98# @ 75%, 103# for 80%]
3 sets; no rest:
8 KB snatch/arm
12 chin-ups
used 1 pd KB, 5:28
