Woke up around 6AM. Went to bed around 11PM, so 7 hours of sleep.

Breakfast was 2 eggs cooked in olive oil.

Had a quad shot americano with HWC then went to see Tamer to work more on the neck/upper back.

Trained Oly at Invictus today…overall felt really good with my progress in fixing some of my flaws. Felt strong today.

Here’s what I did…

Used 69kg for 1RM so…
50/4×2 (35kg)
60/3 (42kg)
65/3 (45kg)
70/3 (49kg)
75/2 (52kg)
80/2 (55kg)
85/2×3 (59kg)

80/4 (55kg)
90/4 (62kg)
100/3×3 (70kg)

Then, went and grabbed a salad from Urban Plates…yep, the Urban Steak Salad…yum!

Coached class, car broke down, home for dinner…
Hangar steak and broccoli (more steak than b)
glass red wine
