Took it easy…just worked on a couple of drills. Still trying to get my kicking more efficient.
Also, just to have a little workout I did 50y OMEM for 5 minutes with fins, rested 3-4 minutes and then did it over again for a total of 500y. Times ranges between 38-45 seconds, but remember, that was with fins. Finished with a couple of easy 50’s. Just trying to get more comfortable in the water.
