– Done…worked on negatives and kipping. Still suck at these.

L sit knee tuck into L sit practice – 5 min
– Accumulated 5 mins total

2 kipping chin ups
4 push ups
8 squats
rest 6 min active walk x 4

R1: 5+1pushup,R2: 5+3pushups,R3: 5+2pushups,R4: 5+2pushups
