1:15-2PM:

A. Press – 7,7,7,7; rest 2 min (60(7),65(7),70(7),75(4))
B. Push Press – 7,7,7; rest 2 min  (85(7),95(7),105(7…barely))
C. Split Jerk – 7,7; rest 2 min  (110(5),110(7))

Felt weak with the presses and split jerks. Left knee was feeling a little unstable, which affected my split jerk.
