5PM: CrossFit

AMRAP in 20 minutes:
10 KB Swings (1.5 pood)
10 Burpees
10 Double Unders
10 Box Jumps (24″)

Completed 8 rounds plus 7 burpees

Worked out with Kim “The Ninja” Wong who completed 8 rounds plus 10 burpees…I will catch her next time!
