Sunset after a rainy day...

2:30PM: Workout

For Reps:
2 min pistols
2 min box jumps – 30″
2 min ring push ups
2 min goblet squat – 1.5 pd
2 min GHD sit ups

Scores: 24,28,21,31,37

This was fun…took me a little bit to get my balance right with the pistols, box jumps felt good, ring push ups – thought I should have been able to do more, goblet squats felt good, GHD situps – challenging after everything before.
