8:50-10AM: Ran 60 mins @ 130bpm -> 4.45 miles. Click the link below for details. Left knee felt ok, could still feel some instability, but not as bad as it had been. Hips got really tired. Good run, but happy to stop after an hour…hips were really sore.

100 yards (didn’t time)

4:30PM: Workout

5 sets:
10 chin ups
Row 300 m
35 double unders
(all @ 100%)
rest walk 4 min b/t sets

R1: 3:21 – did pullups (overhand grip) in 30 secs, double unders sucked
R2: 3:01 – went chinups (underhand grip) in 28 secs, double unders getting better
R3: 2:53 – chinups in 28 secs, double unders were great! 14 Unbroken (I think that’s a PR)
R4: 3:19 – chinups in 29 secs, double unders went back to shit…
R5: 3:31 – chinups in 29 secs, double unders were not working well at all…
