8:10-8:30AM: Swam

Worked on technique. Did kicking w/ board down and back twice. Then did some 25 and 50y sprints. Did 25y in 20s and 50y in 50s. Improving but endurance still sucks.

1:45pm: Worked out with Alex.

3 rounds for time:
12 Power Cleans 95#
12 Ring Dips
12 Kettlebell Swings 1.5 pood

Time: 12:43

Had amazing energy until first round of ring dips. After that, I was zapped.

 

4:15PM: Sprint Intervals

Run 10 min @ Z1
+
Run 1 min @ 90% aerobic
Run 1min @ 50% easy pace x 6
+
Run 10 min @ Z1

Sprint 1 @ 90% -> 0.14 (7:00 min/mile pace)
Sprint 2 @ 90% -> 0.16 (6:15 min/mile pace)
Sprint 3 @ 90% -> 0.16 (6:18 min/mile pace)
Sprint 4 @ 90% -> 0.16 (6:11 min/mile pace)
Sprint 5 @ 90% -> 0.16 (6:11 min/mile pace)
Sprint 6 @ 90% -> 0.16 (6:15 min/mile pace)
