A. Chin Ups -2,2,2,2,2; rest 2 min

B. Front SQuat – 3 x 3 @ 80%; rest 2 min
Haven’t done FS 1RM in a while, so assumed 1RM was 165. Used 135, so 135(3),135(3),135(3). Could have gone heavier but really focusing on form with these.

7 sets:
5 burpees
10 chin ups
15 box jumps – 14″
25 double unders
walk rest 6 min

1:24; 1:20; 1:16; 1:19; 1:16; 1:15; 1:27 (damn du’s)

Energy was great today! Loved my workout. Feel like double unders have really improved. Feel like I am getting stronger as well with pullups.

Recovery is great.
