Squat Clean (110 lbs)
Jerk (110 lbs)

Completed 47 reps

Had shake (~10g sfh pwo pro, ~20g vitargo carbs)

Run 5K off road

Ran San Elijo Lagoon trails…had never run here before so a little slow just figuring out my way.

This was horrible…I was really tired…no energy. Sleep the few nights before had been good as well.
