Logbook for Tuesday, May 24, 2011

Breakfast:
3 eggs, butter (I always use this, just adding it in now), 1/2 cup blueberries, 1/3 banana

Quad espresso

Lunch:
3 egg omelet with jack cheese, spinach, bell peppers
1/4 of an acai bowl with granola, blueberries, strawberries, honey (didn’t eat a lot of this at all)
Kambucha

3:30PM
For time:

60 DU
21 wallballs
21 T2B
40 DU
15 wallballs
15 T2B
20 DU
9 wallballs
9 T2B

Time: 8:38 – double unders have been a lot better lately…also all wallballs were unbroken (14# to 9′ target). T2B sucked…couldn’t string them…

Dinner:
1 chicken thigh, broccoli, glass of wine and a few small pieces of dark chocolate with sea salt.
