Logbook for Friday, June 3, 2011

Breakfast:

3 eggs w/ raw butter, 1 banana, 1/4 cup blueberries
Quad Espresso

Lunch:

1 chicken thigh, 1 apple and 4 tbs almond butter

90 minute Massage – worked on psoas, quads, IT band, Hamstrings and Glutes….I wanted to cry. Felt so much better after though.

Dinner:

Steak
Broccoli
