Logbook for Saturday, June 4, 2011

Sleep: In bed by 9:30, messed on computer for an hour, asleep by 10:30, woke to alarm at 7:30, got up at 8. So 9 good hours.

Breakfast:

3 eggs w/ raw butter, 1 banana, 1/4 cup blueberries
2 cups Coffee w/ plain coconut milk

AM Workout:

starting at 155lb build to a 3rm DL; add 20lb. every 60 sec

155(3),175(3),195(3),215(3),235(3),255(3) – stopped here…form was breaking down

Lunch:

3 eggs omelet w/ spinach, broccoli
3/4 acai bowl
1/2 carrot cake cupcake

PM Workout:

3 rounds for time:
15 chins
15 OHS – 65#
30 DU

Time: 7:31

Dinner:

Chicken Thigh
8 small kumquats
