A.Squat clean; 1.1.1; x 3; rest 3 min
95,115,125,135
feeling a lot better with my squat cleans…knee still a little tweaked…

B.Press; x 5,3,2; rest 2 min
80(5),85(3),90(2) — did my PR twice!!

C.Chins; x 3-4; x 3; rest 3 min
4 strict chins each time
