Logbook for Tuesday, May 31, 2011

Breakfast:

3 eggs, 1 banana, 1/2 cup blueberries

AM Workout:

30 min swim Z1- every 5 minutes perform 10 strict push-ups before continuing
– Messed around with stroke, breathing, and kicking, but took it easy…tried to keep in Z1 range

Lunch:

2 eggs, 1/2 cup blueberries, banana

A.Snatch; 1.1.1.1.1; x 3; rest 4 min
Worked with John Kaupp on Snatch Technique…worked up to a heavy single at 95#
did 2 sets of 1.1.1.1.1 at 85#
left knee started to bother me ALOT so I layed off…
worked Snatch Grip Deadlift….didn’t bother knee as bad, but it was still tweaked

B.HS hold; x 20 sec(+5 sec eccentric upon completion); rest 40 sec; x 5

C.Dips; x 2-3; x 3; rest 2 min
3 dips each set

Dinner:

Not good at all…
1 Perfect Foods Almond Butter bar
2 hours later…
9 small brownies
1 slice lemon bread
