Logbook for Wednesday, June 8, 2011

Sleep: 9.5 hours…left knee was sore when I woke up.

Breakfast:
3 eggs w. raw butter, 1/4 blueberries, 1/3 banana

Workout:
worked on kipping HSPU’s…

then,

3x
5 Heavy KBS
7 burpees
9 box jumps
rest 6 min actively

(0:56,0:51,0:50)

Then,

15 min easy bike ride

Lunch:
3 eggs w raw butter, 2/3 banana w 5-6 TBSP almond butter
1 glass coconut milk

Mid-PM snack:
2 glasses Coconut Milk
perfect foods almond butter bar

Dinner:
3 cups broccoli w/ raw butter

Again, felt like hell from lunchtime on…horrible headache, just felt agitated, annoyed….head hurt.
