Friday started out a little rough, couldn’t manage to get through the HSPU’s…once I reached fatigue it took forever just to get one. DNF’d with 24 HSPU’s.
Workout #2
Thruster Ladder starting at 105#
Got up to 125# and missed at 130#
Not a great start on Day 1 but looking forward to a come back on Day 2
