Wake: 5AM; Sleep 7+ hours

Breakfast 5:50AM:
2 slices bacon, 3 eggs, 1 banana

Supps: 1 scoop Max Fibre, 1 Max Liver, 2 Max Glucose, 2 Max Energy

6AM and 7AM On Ramps, 8:30AM Consult

Quad Espresso

Lunch 12:30PM:
2 chicken thighs w/ 1 slice bacon
large yellow bell pepper

Supps: 2 Max Energy

Mid afternoon snack:
2 chicken thighs w/ 1 slice bacon
large yellow bell pepper
10 Tbsp of Almond Butter

Worked on business stuff all day…great day!

7:30PM: 1/3# Bison Burger w/ Ghouda, artichokes and a little olive aoili sauce
sweet potato fries w/ a little sauce

Supps: 1 scoop Max Fibre, 1 Max Liver, 2 Max Glucose

Bed: 10:15PM
