Breakfast 5:50AM:
3 eggs in bacon grease, 3 slices bacon, 1 apple

Supps: 1 scoop Max Fibre, 1 Max Liver, 2 Max Glucose, 2 Max Energy

6:30AM Phone conference, 9AM with Jess

Quad Espresso

Coached 10:30AM

11:45AM: Bike Ride 25:48, super easy…very relaxing.

Lunch @ 2PM:
Salad with hearts of romaine, cucumber, feta, 8 oz. chicken breast, citrus vinagarette

Taught 5:30PM

9PM: Cheese plate w/ fig stuff, 10 oz. Steak w/ herb butter, zucchini, and a few french fries.
