Lion Vanilla Macadamia Nut coffee w/ coconut milk creamer YUM!

1:30PM: Workout with Josh and crew at CrossFit Counter Culture
AMRAP in 20 mins:
200m Run
10 KB Swings (1.5 pood)
21 Double Unders

Completed 9 rounds plus 200m run and 10 KB Swings

Lunch @ 3PM:
2 chicken thighs w/ 2 slices bacon, 1 baked red bell pepper

Supps: 2 Max Energy

Worked on OPT CCP stuff

9:30PM: Dinner
2/3 Beef Burger w/ Blue Cheese, Bacon and Avocado, grilled onions, red peppers, mixed greens and garlic aoili
Sweet potato fries w/ sauce

2 glasses wine

Supps: 1 scoop Max Fibre, 1 Max Liver, 2 Max Glucose
