10:30AM: CFSB Beach workout with the class
Teams of 2:
AMRAP in 20 mins:
CrossFit Baseball
Home plate: 15 Burpees
1st base: 15 Pushups
2nd base: 15 Squats
3rd base: 15 situps
Lunging with 10# overhead between bases
