Breakfast 8:30AM:
3 eggs in raw butter, 1 banana

Supps: 1 scoop Max Fibre, 1 Max Liver, 2 Max Glucose, 2 Max Energy

Quad Espresso

9-11:30AM
Chilled by pool, went swimming for a bit. Did 6 20m underwaters with 2-3 mins rest between each.

1:15PM: Lunch w/ Shane
Harvest Salad from Lotus
Marinated and Steamed Veggies over Mixed Greens, Feta Cheese and Chicken

Supps: 2 Max Energy

2:30-6PM: Worked on business by the pool

3:30PM: 1 cheese stick, handful of granola and nuts, small rice protein shake w/ little banana

7PM: 1/2# Grassfed Ground Beef w/ 1/4 baked acorn squash

Supps: 1 scoop Max Fibre, 1 Max Liver, 2 Max Glucose

Bed: 9:30PM
