Breakfast 8:30AM:
3 eggs in raw butter, 1 banana

Supps: 1 scoop Max Fibre, 1 Max Liver, 2 Max Glucose, 2 Max Energy

9AM Jack, 10:30AM Coached Class

12PM: Bike Ride 28 mins, super easy…very relaxing.

Lunch @ 1PM:
2 chicken thighs, couple pieces broc/asparagus, 1 apple

Supps: 2 Max Energy

6PM: 2 chicken thighs, steamed broccoli and asparagus

10-12AM: 2 glasses red wine

Supps: 1 scoop Max Fibre, 1 Max Liver, 2 Max Glucose

Bed: 1AM
