A. As many 1-3 ladders as possible in 8 mins- B.sqt @ 55%1rm
Used 95#; completed 9 ladders (6 squats total each ladder)

B. Dips- WTD. amrap sets of 2 tough reps in 8 mins.
Used 10#; completed 8 fulls sets, 3 sets where I failed on the 2nd and 1 set where I failed on 1st

C. 8 min amrap @ 85%: 6 GHR/6 push ups/6 chins
8 rounds completed
