A. As many 1-3 ladders as possible in 8 mins- B.sqt @ 55%1rm
9 complete rounds (6 squats per round)

B. Dips- WTD. amrap sets of 2 tough reps in 8 mins
9 + 1 round of 1, 1 round of 1.5 (failed on 2), 1 round failed on 1

C. 8 min amrap @ 85%: 6 GHR/6 push ups/6 chins
6 rounds completed…felt pretty wiped before i even started.
