Training:

Worked out with B4B crew at US CF. Did a partner WOD…

For time:
20 Pullups (between the 2)
40 Pushups (between the 2)
60 Squats (between the 2)
Run to Swami’s (approx. 1/2 mile)
80 Burpees (between the 2)
Run to Pipes (approx. 3/4 mile)
100 Jumping Squats (between the 2)
Run down the ramp and back to Swami’s on the beach (approx. 3/4 mile beach run)
100 Situps (each person)
Run back to US CF
20 Pullups (between the 2)
40 Pushups (between the 2)
60 Squats (between the 2)
