Training:

20-25 min swim easy-technical breathing and pulls

Swam for around 25 minutes…did mostly 25’s but 1 100m and a couple 50’s. worked mainly breathing and pulls…I still really suck at swimming.

Nutrition:

Bfast:
3 eggs w/ whipped butter, 1 banana
4 shot Americano
1 Max Liver, 2 Max Glucose, 1 scoop Greens First

Pre-swim snack:
Perfect Foods Almond Butter Bar

Lunch:
Stopped at The Mission in North Park
4 eggs w/ hot sauce and cilantro, fried potatoes

Dinner:
1 chicken sausage
Chard
glass of red wine
1 Max Liver, 2 Max Glucose

Sleep:

8.5 hours
