Venti Americano w/ h&h and cinammon

Lunch:
3 chicken thighs
3 Tbsp Almond Butter
1 max Liver, 2 max Glucose

Dinner:
Greek Salad from Wine Steals
mixed greens, red peppers, feta, olives, chicken w/ pesto vinegarette
glass red wine
1 max Liver, 2 max Glucose

Sleep:

8.5 hours but interrupted sleep throughout the night
