Used 205#…felt strong
C1.Ring dips; x amrap(-2); x 4; rest 60 sec
C2.GHR; x 10-12; x 4; rest 60 sec

R4: 4/9 (started to break at hips)

Nutrition:

Bfast:
3 eggs w/ whipped butter, 1 banana
1 Max Liver, 2 Max glucose

Lunch:
2 chicken thighs, 1/2 bell pepper w/ cashew butter

Dinner:
Shitty…
Prunes and dried bananas
12 Cookies
2 glasses wine

Sleep:

7.5 hours…slept well until 6:30ish
