Training:

Rest Day

Nutrition:

Bfast:
3 eggs w/ whipped butter, 1 banana
1 Max Liver, 2 Max Glucose

Lunch:
4 slices bacon
1 chicken thigh
1.5 bell peppers w/ cashew butter

Dinner:
Nothing really…1 snickerdoodle cookie

Sleep:

6.5 hours…this was a crazy busy day.
