Training:

AMRAP in 20 minutes of:
12 Power Snatches @ 45#
10 Pushups

Completed 13 rounds plus 8 pushups…did this solo mid-afternoon

Nutrition:

Bfast:
2 chicken basil/pine nut sausages with no wrap in coconut oil
1 banana

Lunch:
2 chicken thighs
1.5 bell peppers w/ cashew butter

Dinner:
1/2 lb. burger with cheese, guacamole, and bacon, 5 fries
3 glasses red wine

Sleep:

9 hours…slept well.
