Training:

None…too much work.

Nutrition:

Bfast
chicken sausage w/ basil and pine nuts cooked in coconut oil
1 banana

Lunch
1 chicken thigh
1 bell pepper w/ cashew butter

Sleep:

7 hours…broken sleep. woke up at 2, 4 and 5. took a nap between 8:30-10:30am to catch up.
