Sleep: 6.5 short amazing hours…so amazing that I almost overslept…woke up at 5:51am, just in time for 6AM

7:45AM: Breakfast at Pipes

Eggs (I think there may have been a little cheese in these, but most of them were cheese-less)
Cup of fruit (1/2 banana, 5 pieces of honeydew, 5 pieces of canteloupe)
3 pieces of bacon

10:30AM:
3 bites of Glory’s Almond Blondie

12:30PM – Lunch:
1 medium free range chicken thigh cooked in EVOO

3:30PM: Snack
Mrs. May’s Pumpkin Seeds Snack (18g Protein, 16g Carbs, 8g Sugar, 22g Fat)

5:20PM: Taste Nirvana Coconut Water (27g Carbs, 15g Sugar)

9:15PM Dinner:
Salmon Sashimi
Approx 10 pieces of sushi w/out rice and 3 w/ rice
Green Tea

10:15PM:
4 small mrs. may’s cashew clusters
