Breakfast @ 7:30am:
3 free range eggs cooked in coconut oil
Mango salsa (ingredients)
1 banana

Venti 1/2 decaf americano w/ coconut cream

10am post c&j, pre-row snack:
1 banana bread larabar

12:30pm (post row):
1 small chicken thigh
Coconut water
1 scoop endurance protein
1 apple pie larabar

1:15 pm: double under, wall ball, burpee wod
212 reps

1:30pm: 1 banana bread larabar

3:30pm: 1 scoop of endurance protein

4:45pm: 1 scoop endurance protein
Some coconut flakes

Dinner @ 9:30pm:
Left over buffalo steak (approx 6oz)
Broccoli
1/2 avocado

Sleep: 11 hours!!! Felt so good!

Training:

Clean and jerk: 148 (success),153(failed on the clean)

Triple jump and row:
17’9″ triple jump

1st 500m:1:47.4,rest 90 secs, 2nd 500m:1:56.2

1:15 pm: double under, wall ball, burpee wod
212 reps

4:30PM: reverse shot put throw: 25’7″
5:30PM: 3k run (first ever): 14:11 (felt great)
