Breakfast @ 6AM:
3 eggs cooked in EV Coconut Oil
with Mango Salsa (red peppers, mango, cilantro, onions, etc)
1 banana

Venti 1/2 Decaf Americano w/ Coconut Cream

~3g EPA/DHA Omega Swirl Fish Oil

Herbs:
2 Max Energy
2 Max Glucose
1 Max Liver

Mid-morning snack @ 10:15AM:
3 Free-Range eggs cooked in EVCO with Mango Salsa
4 Tbsp of Almond Butter
1 Apple Pie Larabar

Lunch at 1:30PM:
Mixed greens w/ approx 8oz steak on top, beets, radishes, sunflower seeds, and grapefruit vinaigrette
Decaf Apricot tea

Herbs:
2 Max Energy
1 Max Liver

Dinner @ 8PM:
4oz Lamb leg

Herbs:
2 Max Glucose

~3g EPA/DHA Omega Swirl Fish Oil

Training:
REST DAY

Sleep: 7 hours + 1.5 hour nap today
