Nutrition:

Breakfast @ 6AM:
3 eggs cooked in EV Coconut Oil
with Mango Salsa (red peppers, mango, cilantro, onions, etc)
1 banana

~3g EPA/DHA Omega Swirl Fish Oil

Venti 1/2 decaf Americano w/ Coconut cream and cinnamon

Herbs:
2 Glucose
2 Energy
1 Liver

Lunch:
Grilled lemon pepper Salmon (ready made from Cardiff Market deli, most likely farm raised)
Grilled balsamic veggies
1 coconut water

Herbs:
2 max glucose

3:30 pm snack:
Perfect foods almond bar

6PM Snack:
Few pieces of chicken and steak on a stick
Couple of meatballs
Couple of pieces of cucumber

10PM:
3 eggs w/ maple almond butter
2 cups steamed broccoli

~3g EPA/DHA Omega Swirl Fish Oil

Herbs:
1 Max Liver
2 Max Glucose

Training:
Rest Day – starting back up tomorrow

Sleep:
7 hours (10:30PM-5:30AM)
