Sleep:

9 hours (11PM-8AM) last hour was interrupted, but overall 8 hours of good sleep.

Nutrition:

Breakfast @ 9AM:
3 eggs cooked in EV Coconut Oil
1 banana

~3g EPA/DHA Omega Swirl Fish Oil

Venti 1/2 decaf Americano w/ Coconut cream and cinnamon

Herbs:
2 Glucose
2 Energy
1 Liver

Lunch:
Grilled lemon pepper Salmon (ready made from Cardiff Market deli, most likely farm raised)
Grilled balsamic veggies
Couple handfuls of trail mix (raisins, peanuts – didn’t realize these were in there at first, almonds, brazil nuts, sunflower seeds)

Herbs:
2 max glucose

Snack @ 2:30PM:
Couple handfuls of trail mix (raisins, peanuts, almonds, brazil nuts, sunflower seeds)

Snack @ 4PM:
Rest of container of trail mix (raisins, peanuts, almonds, brazil nuts, sunflower seeds)

Dinner @9:30PM:
Steamed broccoli with EVOO and Balsamic Vinegar

10:35PM:
~3g EPA/DHA Omega Swirl Fish Oil

Herbs:
2 Max Glucose
1 Max Liver

Training:

A. Front Squat – build to a 1RM
B. Incline Bench PRess – build to a 1RM
C. Power Snatch – build to a 1RM

Front Squat – worked up to 155 successfully, failed on 165.
Incline BP – worked up to 105. Felt a little unstable so decided to stop there. Was lifting alone. Had I of had a spotter I may have tried for more.
Power Snatch – 95, failed on 100.
Honestly had a hard time getting in training mindset this morning. Wasn’t mentally prepared or engaged. I feel like I could have gotten 160 on the F Squat and 100 on my Power Snatch and probably higher on IBP, but just wasn’t there mentally.
Ready to get back at it.
