Sleep:

11 hours (9PM-8AM) 😀 Love sleeping!

Nutrition:

Breakfast @ 830AM:
3 eggs cooked in EV Coconut Oil
1 banana

~3g EPA/DHA Omega Swirl Fish Oil

Venti 1/2 decaf Americano w/ Coconut cream and cinnamon

Herbs:
2 Glucose
2 Energy
1 Liver

Lunch-ish:
Cashew Clusters throughout the day…

Dinner:

Paleo Potluck (Wild Chilean Sea Bass, Wild Coho, Marinated Hangar Steak, Grilled eggplant and zucchini, melon wrapped in prosciutto, almond butter brownies, coffee w/ coconut cream) DeliSH!!!
