Venti 1/2 decaf Americano w/ coconut cream and cinnamon

Lunch:
Left over Hangar Steak
Pecan Pie Larabar

Post-Surf:
Coconut Water

Dinner:
Grass fed New York Strip
Steamed Kale

Training:

2 hour surf session – caught 4 waves!!
