Sleep:
10-5:30 (7.5 hours)

Nutrition
Breakfast:
3 eggs w/ EVCO
1 banana

Venti 1/2 decaf americano w/ coconut cream and cinnamon

Lunch:
6 oz wild halibut
Grilled balsamic veggies
Larabar

Post-WOD Coconut water

Snacked on Macadamia/dried cherry/pineapple nut mixture on the way to the airport

Dinner while waiting for flight:
Macadamia/dried cherry/pineapple nut mixture
Buffalo beef jerky

Training:

AMRAP in 10 minutes of:
30 Double Unders
10 GHD Situps
5 DB Snatch each arm (used 25#)

completed 6 rounds + 30 du’s and 1 GHD

loved this workout…felt really good and strong throughout. Had to stop and tie my shoes after the first round…they always seem to come untied with double unders. had i not had to stop and do that i think i could have gotten 7 rounds. Fun one!!
