Sleep: Shitty 3-4 hours on a plane…no bueno…

Breakfast:
Buffet at hotel (scrambled eggs, bacon, canteloupe, watermelon, honeydew, and a little greek yogurt…coffee)

Venti 1/2 decaf Americano w/ cinammon (I miss my coconut cream)

Lunch:
Chicken/beef w/ grilled veggies, mashed potatoes, fruit cup and a salad

Mid-afternoon snack:
Rest of macadamia, cashew, dried cherries mix (took out the bananas)

Late afternoon snack:
Buffalo jerky

Dinner:
Spinach salad w. chicken, olives, dried cranberries, walnuts w/ balsamic dressing

Training:
Sitting…for time. But listening to some awesome and motivating talks here in Orlando…
