Sleep: 8.5 hours (12AM-8:30AM…actually overslept just a bit but needed it)

Breakfast:
Since I overslept, no time, so had a Larabar and 1/2 decaf Americano…bad me…should have made time for bfast

Lunch:
Salad, Pork Chop w/ Apples and some kind of creamy rice dish
Dodged the delicious looking caramel like dessert that was sitting right in front of me…didn’t even take a bite to see how delicious it probably was…

Mid-PM Snack:
Salmon jerky
2 larabars

Grande Americano

Dinner:
Salmon and Broccoli at Ruby Tuesday’s in the Airport

Plane ride home:
1/2 bag of dried berry and nut mixture

Training:
Sitting in sessions and then on the plane…lots and lots of sitting…
