Sleep: 1AM-7:30AM (6.5 hours) shouldn’t have slept so late on Saturday

Breakfast:
3 eggs w/ coconut oil
1 banana

1/2 decaf americano w/ coconut cream and cinnamon

Lunch:
Green Omelet w/ bacon at Honeys (avocado, spinach, zucchini, green onions, green peppers and feta cheese)
bowl of fruit
1 cup coffee

Dinner:
6 oz lean grass fed ground beef
1/4 of a butternut squash w/ cinnamon and EVOO

Training:
Helen – 10:29…I think this is a PR…I know my time is usually around 10:45-10:50ish…never done it here at CFSB though…
