Sleep: 9:30PM-5:30AM (8 glorious hours)

Breakfast:
3 eggs w/ EVCO
1 banana

1/2 decaf americano w/ coconut cream and cinnamon

Lunch:
Wild Halibut
5-6 steamed cauliflower florrets
4 chopped and steamed sunburst squash

1g EPA/DHA Fish Oil

Dinner:
Montage of stuff from Whole Foods
1/4 pound of london broil
steamed veggies
steamed brussel sprouts w/ garlic
cinammon apples w/ brown sugar and raisins (kind of like desert)

Training:
Rest day…went for my first Acupuncture appt…got poked by 4 needles…learned a lot about my Chi 🙂
