Sleep: 9:30PM-5:20AM(almost 8…)
Power Nap: 3:45-4:15PM (30 mins)

Breakfast:
5 slices Bacon
3 eggs cooked in bacon grease
1 banana

2 max glucose

1/2 decaf venti americano with coconut cream and cinnamon

Post-gymnastics drink: Coconut water

Lunch:
3 slices london broil
6-7 large slices of zucchini w/ olive oil and balsamic vinegar
Couple handfuls of macadamia nuts

Dinner:
Grassfed Steak w/ mushrooms and leeks and grilled summer squash at Urban Plates (awesome little restaurant!)
Ginseng Green Tea
Red Bell Pepper Soup

Training:
Gymnastics class today…some ab stuff and then walking on the balance beams, cartwheels and tumbling…fun times
