Sleep: 11PM-5:45AM (6 hrs 45 mins)

Training:
Rest Day…right hip and lower back were very sore after back squats and deadlifts the past few days…taking one more day of rest.

Breakfast:
3 eggs cooked in EVCO
1 asian pear

Venti Americano w/ CC and Cinammon

Lunch:
1 chicken thigh
1 apple
10 spoonfuls of almond butter

Dinner:
Salad w/ olives and oil and vinegar dressing
Salmon with steamed veggies
