Sleep: 11PM-5:30AM (6.5 hours) Need sleep bad…
Power Nap: 4:45-5:15PM

Breakfast:
1 banana before 6AM class

8:30AM: 4 egg breakfast scramble w/ feta, peppers, onions, and avocado

1/2 decaf venti americano w/ cc and cinnamon

Lunch:
Harvest salad from Lotus (grilled veggies, blackened chicken, balsamic vinegarette)

Post WOD Coconut Water

Dinner:
4 eggs cooked in EVCO

Training:
5 rounds for time:
50 double unders
15 ghd sit ups

10:52 (Double Unders felt slow and broken)
