Sleep: 10PM-5:30AM (7.5 hours)

Quad Espresso w/ cc and cinammon

Breakfast:
5 eggs w/ feta
1 banana

Lunch:
chicken
apple w/ a lot of almond butter

Dinner:
Wild Chilean Sea Bass w/ Lemon Pepper seasoning
1 head of cauliflower steamed

Training:

A. Hurdle bounding (step up 5 hurdles and jump over them all in a
row…try to limit ground contact time)

Used 5 benches spaced about a foot apart…
did that 10 times

B. Power Snatch 3×5; rest 3 min
83(5);93(3);93(3);93(3);93(2-failed on 3)

C. Back squat build to a 2rm in 3 sets
135(3);175(2);190(2)
190 was sketchy and josh was spotting me and I think helped a little but not 100%…

D. Weighed mixed grip chin ups 2×4; rest 2 min (alternate grip per set)
didn’t have time to do these…will do them tomorrow morning before tomorrow’s workout
