Sleep: 9PM-5:30AM (8.5 hours…still didn’t want to wake up)

Breakfast:
6 eggs w/ evco
1 banana

quad espresso w/ lots of cc and cinammon

Lunch:
1 Asian pear

Dinner:
chicken
1 cinammon apple KIND bar
2 bags of mixed nuts and fruit (mostly nuts)
Grande Americano w/ H&H and cinammon

1 cinammon apple KIND bar

Bedtime: 1 coconut water

Training:

D. Weighed mixed grip chin ups 2×4; rest 2 min (alternate grip per set)
10(2);20(2);25(2);30(2)!!

10 min amrap:
5 kb snatch each arm light
10 box jumps
200 meter run

Used 25# dumbell and 24″ box

Completed 4 rounds + 10 kb snatches and 10 box jumps with 8 seconds to spare.
